CUSTOM ORDERS - When placing an order for a custom doormat, please purchase the mat style and size you're wanting. At checkout you will see a Special Instructions box. Please type the name exactly as you are wanting it printed on the doormat. If you would like a proof of your design before it is printed, be sure to mention that here as well. Proofs typically take 24-72 hours and are sent to the e-mail address on file.

MATERIAL - Coir fiber front and slip-resistant vinyl backing. The coir bristles help to scrape off dirt, mud and moisture. The mat itself is UV protected to prevent any fading, and I use a high quality outdoor acrylic paint to prevent any peeling or fading.

CLEANING & CARE - To help prolong the life of your mat, please keep the mat in a protected dry area like a patio, entryway, covered porch or garage. Avoid direct water like rain, hail and snow as this creates a slower drying of the mat. To clean, simply shake and vacuum.

RETURN POLICY - Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges as each mat is custom painted. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within three days.
