CUSTOM ORDERS - When placing an order for a custom doormat, please purchase the mat style and size you're wanting. At checkout you will see an Order Special Instructions box. Please describe your custom doormat in as much detail as possible. Pictures are always welcome, and are super helpful if you have a particular idea in mind. We will work together to bring your vision to life.  Proofs typically take 24-72 hours and are sent to the e-mail address on file.

MATERIAL - Coir fiber front and slip-resistant vinyl backing. The coir bristles help to scrape off dirt, mud and moisture. The mat itself is UV protected to prevent any fading, and I use a high quality outdoor acrylic paint to prevent any peeling or fading.

RETURN POLICY - Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges as each mat is custom painted. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within three days.
